First Steps - 3-5

"This class is perfect for budding gymnast’s, aged between 3-5years. Our parent and child classes are a chance for parents to have fun with their children in a safe and stimulating gymnastic environment while their child can develop their strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. The session is 45 minutes long and is also an opportunity for parents and children to meet our coaches and get to know more about our club’s technical program and our ethos."
