Gymkore & Teen Gym - 10+
Our GymKore and Teen classes blend elements from a range of popular disciplines, including TeamGym, sports acro, cheer, and short routines on apparatus. We also explore dynamic movement styles such as parkour, free running, and urban gymnastics, offering a fresh and challenging experience for older gymnasts.
Designed for ages 11 and up, our GymKore sessions are perfect for those with little or no formal gymnastics experience. Participants learn core skills, take ownership of their progress, and become confident in managing their own safety. With coaches on hand for support and guidance, they work as a team to create exciting routines for end-of-term displays.
These sessions combine advanced gymnastics skills, creative movement, and structured progressions. The GymKore approach can also be introduced to younger gymnasts from age 8. It’s all about developing strength, confidence, and enjoyment through active minds and moving bodies.
