Rising 5'S

Rising 5'S - 5-6

This class is an extension of First Steps and is aimed at children aged 4-5 years who are ready to work in an independent setting whilst fun thematic approach is still the focus.

The gymnasts rotate around the gym in small groups with their coaches, where they have the opportunity to learn the foundations of vault, apparatus and floor skills whilst honing the ABCs of building a mini gymnast, action balance and coordination. This is a 45 minute class without parents’ assistance..
