Rising 5'S

Rising 5'S - 5-6

This class builds on our First Steps programme and is designed for children aged 4–5 who are ready to explore gymnastics more independently. While working on key skills, the sessions still follow a fun, themed approach to keep learning playful and engaging.

In this independent class, gymnasts move around the gym in small groups with their coaches, exploring the foundations of vault, apparatus, and floor skills. Along the way, they’ll continue to develop the essential ABCs of gymnastics – action, balance, and coordination – all in a supportive and playful environment, allowing children to grow in confidence as they take the next step in their gymnastics journey.
